Common questions
How do I show a bundle on my product page?
- Create and publish the bundle in the Bundlewright app.
- In Shopify, go to Online Store › Themes › Customize and open the product template your bundle product uses.
- Add the app block Bundle Configurator to the product section and save.
My bundle doesn't appear on the product page
Check that the bundle is published (not only saved as a draft), that the Bundle Configurator block is in the product template the product uses, and that the product itself is active and available on your Online Store. If it still doesn't show, email us with the product link.
Can I use a product I already sell as the bundle?
Yes. When you create a bundle you can create a new Shopify product for it, or link a product you already have. A linked product keeps its own title, description and images unless you choose to manage them from the bundle.
How do discounts work at checkout?
You set a percentage or fixed amount per step, and can override it for a single product. The discount is applied to the bundle lines in the cart and at checkout. A bundle that is missing a required part cannot be added to the cart.
How much does Bundlewright cost?
One plan with all features. You pay $14 a month up to $3,000 in bundle sales in a billing period, $69 up to $10,000, and $149 above that, never more. The price is set automatically each period, up or down. Every new store gets a 14-day free trial, and development stores are free. Billing runs through Shopify.
What happens when I uninstall?
Your bundles stop showing on your storefront and your subscription ends. Shopify then asks us to erase your store's data, which we do. If you reinstall later, you start with a clean setup. See our privacy policy for details.
